Sound in flash on click

In this easy flash lesson, you will see how to import a sound in flash and how to launch it on click usign the play button. To create this lesson, you don’t have to use action script code and you don’t have to need more experience of Flash. Let’s go! ;)

Example:

Step 1

Start flash.

Step 2

Using the flash tools for drawing, draw a triangle which will represent our play button. See the picture below.

Step 3

While the triangle is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol), to convert this triangle into a Button Symbol. See the picture below.

Step 4

Click on File > Import > Import to Library. In the file explorer window that appears choose c:disk > Windows > Media > ding, to import a sound into a flash Library.

Step 5

Double-click on the button on stage with the Selection tool (V). You should now be inside the button symbol. See the picture below.

Step 6

Double-click on the button on stage with the Selection tool (V). You should now be inside the button symbol. See the picture below.

Step 7

Create a new layer above the layer 1 and name it sound. See the picture below.

Step 8

Right-click on this layer’s Down frame and select Insert keyframe from the menu that shows up.

Step 9

While you’re still on frame down, take the Selection Tool (V) and move your sound from the Library (Ctrl+L) to the stage.

Step 10

Go back on the main scene (Scene 1) and test your Movie (Ctrl+Enter).

    wow, its really what i need. thanks u. Before found this, i think it will need a lot of script to build sound in flash.
